7 KM (7-8 hrs). Acclimatization trek to Kuari Pass (12,516 ft). Camp at Pangarchulla Base.
10 KM (8-10 hrs). Summit attempt (15,069 ft) over snowy, rocky terrain. Return to Khullara.
11.5 KM (8 hrs). Long descent to Auli via scenic meadows. Return to Joshimath for the night.
280 KM drive (7-8 hrs). Final journey back to Dehradun, concluding the expedition.
Located in the Nanda Devi National Park in Chamoli, Uttarakhand, the Pangarchulla Peak trek is famous for its 360-degree views of the Greater Himalayas. This trail follows the historic Lord Curzon route, offering sightings of Mt. Nanda Devi, Dronagiri, Kamet, and Neelkanth across vast snow-covered meadows.
Drive: 255 KM (11 hrs). Pickup from Tapovan at 6:00 AM. Arrival at Karchi village for an overnight stay in a local homestay.
Trek: 5-6 KM (5-6 hrs). Ascent through Blue Pine, Golden Oak, and Hazelnut forests. Camp setup at Khullara with views of Mt. Dronagiri.
Trek: 6-7 KM. Explore the alpine meadows and the Lord Curzon trail. Essential acclimatization day with 180-degree Himalayan views.
Trek: 7 KM round trip. 1:00 AM start for the summit push. Witness 108 different peaks from the top. Return to Khullara camp.
Trek: 5 KM (4-5 hrs). Descent through forest meadows back to Karchi village. Enjoy a local village tour in the evening.
Drive: 255 KM. Visit Auli's artificial lake and the famous ski resort en route to Rishikesh. Trip ends at Tapovan.
